Marie-Rose Wagner is a senior healthcare and MedTech commercial executive with more than 20 years of leadership in sales, global marketing, business development and executive engagement across Europe, Africa and global markets. Her career includes senior roles at Straumann Group and Zoetis, as well as 2.5 years on the Women in DSO Advisory Board.

She holds a Master's in Sociology, an MBA in International Healthcare Management and an IMD Executive Certificate in AI and Digital Business Excellence. She also leads the Longevity Economy Working Group at Swiss FinTech Ladies and co-hosts the Longevity Economy Podcast.

WHAT LONGEVITY MEANS TO ME

To me, longevity is not only about extending lifespan. It is about healthspan, mental wellbeing and financial resilience.

Prevention is widely recognised as essential, yet OECD countries still allocate only around 3% of health spending to it. The shift from policy papers to practice needs to be accelerated.

I am passionate about connecting health, technology and finance to shape one of the defining transformations of our time, bridging European and Asian perspectives on what a longer, healthier life can look like.
