Longevity & Regenerative Medicine Physician
I practice at the point where prevention becomes precision. My work begins years before a diagnosis would, reading how a person is actually ageing while that trajectory is still modifiable, and intervening only where the evidence supports it.
My approach combines evidence-based medicine with personalised strategies to improve metabolic health, energy, performance and healthy ageing.
WHAT LONGEVITY MEANS TO ME
Medicine has spent a century becoming extraordinary at rescuing people from disease.
Longevity medicine asks the harder question: what would it take for them not to arrive there at all?
Being part of this field means holding a line: rigour over enthusiasm, and honesty about what is clinical evidence versus what remains preclinical promise. It also means extending access. Standards of care like this should not be confined to a handful of cities in the world, and part of my work is making sure they aren't.
I want people to understand how their bodies are ageing while there is still time to change the answer.
